When using our website www.pixelracoons.com or our mobile applications we will collect personal data and other information about you and your use of the website and our applications. You can use the same contact to request disclosure about all information stored about you, to request a correction of such data or to have us delete or block such information.
2. Website
When using our website our webserver will log your IP address, the time of the access and the URL requested. Such information is only stored for administration of our website, including technical and security maintenance. The information will not be used to compose a user profile and will not be made available to any third party.
3. Applications
Our applications are published using Apple App Store and the Google Play Store. Please consult the privacy policy of those platform owners to learn more about their approach to personal data (http://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/ and https://www.google.de/intl/en/policies/privacy/) Pixel Racoons GmbH will only collect an anonymized version of your respective account name with the platform owner (“hashed UserID”) as well as an anonymized version of your device identification number (“hashed Device-ID”). Our applications use a technology that will allow us to track your use of our applications in order to improve our applications and provide you a better user experience. The information is collected and stored anonymously and no data will be connected with to you or your user name. We are not able to deduct your UserID or your DeviceID from the hashed UserID or DeviceID and will not try to do so. We will not collect any personal information about you unless you expressly provide such data to us.
We may collect personal information for processing billing or purchases or as required to provide you support services as requested by you. Such data will be stored as long as allowed or required under law, whatever is longer.
We may use third parties to collect or process the information while we will always stay the data controller as defined under EU data protection provisions.
In addition we may display advertisements in our applications. Should you decide to follow such advertisement links we or our advertising partner will track you visiting such linked website and we or our advertising partner may store the information that you have been directed from application.
4. Newsletter & Marketing
Should you register for our newsletter, we will only send you any e-mails if you approve your registration by clicking on the approval link sent to you via e-mail (“Double-Opt-In”). Should you provide us your e-mail address when purchasing our applications or any other services or goods we may send you our newsletter without you registering for the newsletter. Our newsletter may also include information about goods and services similar to those you may have already purchased as well as information on such products provided by our marketing partners. You may at any time request us not to send you any further information via e-mail using the e-mail contact detailed above. We will not transfer any e-mail addresses provided by you to any third party.
5. Social Network Plugins
Currently we do not offer any social network plugins on our website or in our applications. However, we may make such plugins available in the future. For plugins offered by Facebook Inc, 1601, Willow Road, Menlo Park, California, 94025 USA, please understand that we can neither control the transfer of data nor can we verify the data transferred by the use of such plugins, e.g. the “Like Button”. Please do not use those plugins or do not automatically log into Facebook when using our website or applications, if you do not want any information to be transferred to Facebook. If you log into your Facebook profile using such plugins we will be able to identify you, using your Facebook profile information. We will not combine such information with any other another information that is collected anonymously, however please be aware that such combination will become possible.
